Los Angeles based filmmaker DYLAN MENDOZA O’NEIL studied filmmaking
at the University of Southern California's School of Cinema-Television.
 His award-winning short films have played at film festivals around the world.
 O'Neil's style as a director presents a unique blend of edgy humor and camp mixed with dreamlike imagery.
 His short film, Kap'n Krunch and the Kool-Aid Kid Acid Test Movie, toured with the first ever ResFest.

An award-winning editor, Mendoza O'Neil has worked with some of the today’s top filmmakers
including the Coen Brothers, Danny Boyle, Michel Gondry, Paul Haggis and Spike Jonze.
 He helped to create memorable movie trailers and successful marketing campaigns
for Burn After Reading, Slumdog Millionaire, Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, Crash and the Wrestler.

Otis N' Dwayne marks his feature filmmaking debut.

CURTIS BROWN is a Cambridge-based crank, college professor, and literary manqué.   
He was educated at Berkeley and Harvard.  He has written feature articles for Bidoun Magazine,
the Beirut Daily Star, and the Harvard Crimson; and his countless irritable letters to the editor
have appeared in the New York Times, the International Herald Tribune, the London Review of Books,
the Los Angeles Times, the Boston Globe, and the San Francisco Chronicle.  
He has taught literature at Berkeley, Harvard, Stonehill College, and Haigazian University in Beirut, Lebanon. 
His former students include Natalie Portman, and Graham Sack, the human child lead in Dunston Checks In

Brown's creative collaborations with Dylan Medoza O'Neil date back to 1985, when they were thirteen.  
Otis N' Dwayne was written on the porch, on the toilet, and in the shower of the Oakland squat
the two of them shared in the late '90s.

After studying fine arts at Bennington College, artist, producer ANNE BERNSTEIN
spent several years in Europe - first Berlin and then a small village in Switzerland where she studied painting.  

Bernstein returned to the United States at the end of 1996 and moved to New York City.
 She ran a successful eco-boutique in Manhattan for six years and garnered a good deal of press and
acclaim for her cutting edge style combined with her commitment to sustainability.  Her boutique
was a neighborhood favorite and attracted regular customers like Nora Jones and Jane Adams.  

Otis Regrets is Bernstein's first collaboration with her musician husband, Tosso Hettinger.
  As a producer, Bernstein utilizes her deep appreciation of the creative process
combined with her skills as a business woman to get things done without sacrificing artistic vision.  
This is her first time working with Mendoza O'Neil. Bernstein and Hettinger live and work in Brooklyn, NY.

Brooklyn based composer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist TOSSO HETTINGER
was born in Augsburg, Germany. Since the mid-nineties he has been performing, writing and recording music with
some of NYC's best jazz, funk and underground musicians.

Hettinger performs regularly with the Cuban band Grupo Irék and the singer and percussionist
from his band are also featured on the soundtrack for Otis N' Dwayne. He formed Otis Regrets when he began
recording the music for Otis N' Dwayne with his wife, Anne Bernstein.

Otis Regrets: Music for Otis N' Dwayne is Hettinger's second film project- he recorded several songs on the
